CANCELLATION POLICY
Late Policy • 12 minute grace period. After 12 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, and 100% of the service balance will be charged. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time Deposits: • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. if you wish to pre-book your next appt, a deposit must be paid. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Must reschedule or cancel 24 hrs in advance to avoid any fee. If cancelling/rescheduling less then 24 hrs in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service. Please leave a text message at (206)-799-4359. NO DMs or phone calls. We are a small team and may not be able to answer immediately. No-Shows: • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and banned from booking until the fee is paid. Payments: We accept cash and card only.
